We'll be filming most of this movie in a rural area of western Arizona. No direct cash contributions are necessary. However, gift cards for supplies or prop loans would be greatly appreciated. Cards can be purchased in-store or online. We also have a list of props and supplies needed for loan that would be helpful. If there are any resourceful volunteers to temporarily access a few props or locations, we'd be eternally grateful and we'll hook you up with donation perks below. Period films set in the days and times of prehistorics, ancient tribal, biblical, medieval, victorian, colonial, wild west, & all decades of the 20th century from 1900's-1990's to as far in the future that you can imagine is what the Time Pie Film Event is all about. Time Pie Film Event is the only film event in the world that is exclusive to period films of past and distant future.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES & CRITERIA:
* Majority of movie run time must be set in any era in the past or future that is at least 5 years from the film's production year. Example: Movie made in 2020 must have most of the movie set before 2015 or after 2025.
* Films are eligible regardless of production or release date or age. There is no backdate limitation.
* There is no restriction regarding distribution or previously released films.
* All films must have a run time between 5 - 120 minutes (including titles and credits).
CATEGORIES OF NOMINATIONS & AWARDS INCLUDE:
* Best Overall Period Production
* Best Screenplay
* Best Director
* Best Acting Ensemble (Best Lead Actor or Actress will receive the award. Principal Cast will receive award laurels.)
* Best Cinematography/Lighting (DP will receive the trophy. All camera crew will receive award laurels.)
* Best Costuming/Hair/Makeup (Best one of these 3 will receive the trophy. All will receive award laurels.)
* Best Original Music
* Festival Favorite (based on in-person and online popularity)
There are no separate awards for features or shorts. Awards are general and encompass all film lengths.
Awards given for category winners are an engraved Time Pie Award Trophy & Laurel Award graphics for your artwork. Laurel Award graphics are also given to all Official Selections and Nominations.
